Program
The educational effectiveness of the Fellowship Program is analyzed in a systematic manner to assess the extent to which the educational goals for the fellow have been met. This review process takes place every 2 years.
Fellows
Fellows may also expect to undergo an evaluation that will include formal testing of cognitive ability and clinical abilities. There will also be a subjective evaluation of the fellow's interpersonal skills and attitudinal traits. The results of these evaluations will be available to the fellow, and a written record will be kept permanently at the ICLL. These written evaluations will be accessible to the fellow and other authorized personnel.
