Cash and Credit Card Gifts
Gifts of cash, the most common form of giving, are as easy as writing a check or make your gift using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover and you may receive an added bonus if your credit card offers an incentive program, such as cash back, frequent flier miles or purchase rebates. To make a donation by credit card, click here.
Gifts of Appreciated Securities
Giving appreciated stocks and bonds offers an excellent way to support the hospital's programs, while receiving an income tax deduction and eliminating capital gains tax. For transfer information, please contact Marisa Morris at 410-601-7924 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Honor and Memorial Gifts
Family members and friends often wish to make a gift to honor a special occasion or to memorialize a loved one. The Department of Development will send a personalized card on your behalf to inform the individual or family of your gift. We also offer the option to purchase packs of blank cards. Click here to make an honor/memorial donation.
Many individuals wish to make significant gifts to our LifeBridge affiliates, but need to retain the earning power of their assets. There are a variety of planned giving vehicles that allow an individual, couple or family to receive income for life while making a major commitment to Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Levindale or Courtland Gardens. Planned gifts may significantly defer and/or reduce capital gains and estate tax.
Visit our Planned Giving page for complete information about making bequests or life income gifts or contact Joel Simon at 410-601-4443 or via email at email@example.com.
Your current employer or your spouse's employer may offer a matching gift program that will match your donation to a charity 100% or more! Matching gifts are the perfect opportunity for you to double the impact of your donation. See your employer's Human Resources Department or contact the Department of Development for more information.
Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital and Courtland Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center are not-for-profit organizations exempt from federal taxes under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
